Visionworks is a local musical theatre company set up by a group of musical theatre professionals from churches in the Portsmouth area. I was asked to take some shots of the dress rehearsal of a modernised version of the classic ‘Godspell’. It is showing 24th – 26th of April at Cosham Baptist Church
This is the first time I’ve been asked to photograph anything like this and I loved it! Animated faces in good colourful lighting is a great combo! They have some fantastic singers backed by a tight live band and high quality, passionate actors. I would say that this show is definitely worth a view, I’m looking forward to going without having to see it through a lens!
